Every vehicle is air-conditioned, under five years old, insured for passenger transport and checked before each trip.
Nobody drives for us until they have cleared four checks. You will be told which driver is yours 72 hours before arrival, with their photograph and plate number.

The first booking runs with oversight and a follow-up call to the traveller before the driver takes solo work.
It is the single most useful thing you can tell us. We track the flight, so if you land three hours late the pickup simply moves with you — and there is no charge for a delay outside your control.
Allow around 45 minutes to an hour from landing to reaching arrivals. Colombo immigration can be slow on a busy overnight bank of flights, which is exactly why our free waiting window is a full hour rather than the 45 minutes most operators offer.
